Abstract: Abstract Monte Carlo simulation is a common approach to analyze risk in project management. This paper demonstrates how this methodology could be applied to improve governance on the public sector, mainly by means of corporate risk analysis. Real cases of logistics’ procurement for defense projects were used to demonstrate this possibility.
