Abstract: Abstract The aim of the Erasmus+ programme is to develop the sense of belonging to “European values” through mobility projects, and therefore, it focuses on a range of steps, in order to achieve its goal, such as the improvement of a foreign language, the development of personal and professional skills, the acquirement of knowledge and competences, so that the beneficiaries are prepared for on a global labour market, and have access to higher technology. The following data presentation and analysis have the purpose to bring forward the main impact of Erasmus+ mobility projects on LBUS’ students and LBUS alumni. The purpose is also to highlight the achievements declared by the beneficiaries and determine the level of accuracy of the outcomes in direct comparison with the objectives of Erasmus+ programme and internationalization strategy of LBUS. For this goal, a qualitative approach was deemed appropriate. In this regard, the study was made by questioning 60 students and graduates from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu related to their Erasmus+ mobility.
