A chapter in Business Intelligence and Modelling, 2021, pp 197-206 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The ways and methods used to restructure companies operating in the field of Logistics vary. The study focuses on companies that follow the “traditional” business model that takes place for many years. The purpose of these changes is to reorganize the Logistics departments with the main purpose of facing each department not independent, but as a whole. In this way, the quality of service is increased, which directly increases the competitiveness of the company.
