Abstract: Abstract The business model, value concept and investment merger and acquisition activities of technology enterprises are significantly different from those of traditional enterprises. This paper utilized text analysis method to deal with the contents related to risks in the financial statements of technology enterprises, excavated the risks that are difficult to be mined by objective digital information, studies their correlation to construct the risk network of technology enterprises. Through the analysis of risk network correlation characteristics, this paper extracts four main risk sources of technology enterprises: legal risk, business risk, investment risk and operational risk. After quantifying these four dimensions of risk, this paper constructs the RLC comprehensive risk assessment indicators. The empirical analysis of global top100 technology enterprises shows that there is a significant correlation between RLC index and stock price of technology enterprises, and RLC index can predict the development of income of technology enterprises. In addition, this paper not only explains the causes of potential risks in frequent mergers and acquisitions investment activities, but also provides a basis for technology enterprises and regulatory authorities to assess enterprise risks. Finally, it comes to the conclusion that the technology enterprises which make the development of science and technology as the core to achieve technology or industry monopoly through acquisition, investment and other behaviors will not necessarily promote the development of the enterprise, on the contrary, it may even cause the enterprise to face bankruptcy under the impact of multiple risks.
