Abstract:
Abstract In current conditions, the issues of digital transformation of individual market segments are becoming increasingly relevant. Key issues of the country’s strategic development are ensuring the country’s leading position and improving the quality of life of its population. Methods such as analysis, grouping, and comparison were used during the study. The author examined models and tools for managing the development of the digital services market. The author proposed approaches to the “national digital services market” categories, “mechanism for the development of the digital services market”, and approaches to the allocation of the Russian model of managing the digital services market. The mechanism for the development of the digital services market has been developed and an author’s approach to identifying tools to influence the national digital services market, depending on the stage of managing the development of the digital services market, has been proposed. Thus, in the context of the transition to a digital model of the national economy and global transformational processes, the development of the mechanism for the development of the digital services market will ensure the accessibility of digital services to the population and will contribute to the growth of key macroeconomic indicators.
