Abstract:
Abstract VR has the potential as a digital healthcare solution as much as its entertainment function. Continuous monitoring and early diagnosis of cognitive decline is the only way to avoid cognitive deterioration where the risk increases with chronological aging. Backed up by real-time neural signals of EEG, the combination of VR and EEG could be a useful method to manage one’s cognitive status. Here, we provide supportive results to the usability of the all-in-one VR-EEG cognitive care platform in generations including a growing population of older adults.
