Abstract: Abstract Researchers primarily consider sustainable development financing as an infusion of funds into socially significant projects in the field of ecology, climate, corporate governance, limited resources, etc. This article considers the aspect of raising funds by business sector entities for improving the performance efficiency and the financial attractiveness achieved due to the increase in funds allocated for the development of non-financial factors. The objective of the research is to substantiate the financing of innovative potential and sustainable development of companies as integral factors affecting on operational efficiency of companies. This article analyzes the various features of financial analysis, proposed by authors, and also considers the difference in factors of companies’ financial attractiveness. The analysis of a number of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) indicators in dynamics, as well as the amount of finance raised by investment platforms, is carried out. The analysis of specialized literature and the use of various analytical materials allowed to propose to use an operational efficiency indicator for reflection of financial success. The use of this indicator together with an integral indicator of innovation potential and a composite index of sustainable development is able to give a comprehensive assessment of the operational efficiency and the financial attractiveness.
