Abstract: Abstract Conceived by its founders not only as a forum of consecration but also as an active body of scientific research, in 2022, the Romanian Academy celebrated its 156 years of fruitfulness, reaffirming, on this occasion, the mission of serving the interests of the Romanian nation and, at the same time, of being a fair mediator between the globalisation and integration tendencies and preserving the national identity.
