Chapter Chapter 30 in Applied Economic Research and Trends, 2024, pp 521-530 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This research is carried out due to an economic problem, unemployment, which is common in countries of the region and does so much damage to economies and their inhabitants; this is the reason it seeks to present how entrepreneurship is a strategy that is generating very good results in the countries that are being promoted. However, it is important to recognize that the entrepreneurs trainer has an important role for the closure of this gap. It is a basic research, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, transactional-descriptive level; a validated instrument was applied to a sample population of 48 professors from Lambayeque, with a reliability level of 0.92 of Cronbach’s Alpha. The achieved results are very satisfactory because they cover the necessary competencies such as knowledge, skills, role, motives, and values for this entrepreneur’s training.
