Abstract: Abstract Business ethics is an increasingly important theme in management research. The objective of this research is to identify the main factors that influence the ethical behavior of the salesmen in the telecommunication sector in Morocco. The methodology used is a qualitative one. The most important result is that there is a conflict between the code of ethics imposed by the company and the managers who supervise the respect of them and the values held by the salesmen in their relationship with customers. Sometimes, achieving goals seems more important than an ethical behavior.
