A chapter in Human-Centred Technology Management for a Sustainable Future, 2025, pp 209-216 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This research explores the existing literature on technology roadmapping (TRM) in the Defence context. A systematic literature review was conducted to identify studies from Scopus, Web of Science, and IEEExplore, and qualitative thematic analysis was used to analyse the relevant studies. Five emerged from the literature: tools development, process and framework customisation, process customisation, framework customisation, and integration. In addition, the study also highlight the need for skill training, collaboration, and inclusive participation in the Defence roadmapping process. The research contributes to the literature reviews on technology roadmapping by identifying studies tailored to the nuances of the Defence context.
