Abstract:
Abstract Strategic innovation is critical for business survival in the modern dynamic and competitive business. However, the complicated relationship between stakeholders and their impact on the strategic innovation process has yet to receive significant investigation. This study addresses this gap by investigating the interaction of external factors impacting stakeholder decisions, shaping technology adoption into a strategic innovation process that contributes to business resilience. By gathering case studies, this study shed light on ways to understand how stakeholder decision connections lead to business resilience. This study provides a model of stakeholder decisions in technology adoption and emphasises the importance of technology adoption in strategic innovation, enabling organisations to respond to market dynamics and enhance competitiveness. Meanwhile, the success of technology adoption hinges on collaborative stakeholder decision-making, influencing business resilience.
