Abstract: Abstract ACGN culture has become one of the most popular mainstream cultural genres among Generation Z in various countries. With the rise of ACGN culture, anime exhibitions featuring ACGN culture as their core content have increasingly attracted the attention of mainstream culture. This study focuses on the satisfaction of visitors to the Shanghai Anime Exhibition, with a special focus on the Shanghai Comprehensive Doujin Exhibition-COMICUP 28. Through literature analysis and in-depth interviews, this study constructs an evaluation index system for the satisfaction of COMICUP 28 visitors. The collected data from questionnaire surveys are then analysed using the IPA analysis method. The research findings indicate that COMICUP 28 needs to develop plans to improve its services in four key areas. The anime exhibition visitor satisfaction index system developed in this study is an effective analytical and promotional tool for the anime exhibition industry, with significant market application prospects.
