Abstract: Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic profoundly impacted not only the health sector but also the entire economic landscape, with the tourism industry being one of the most affected sectors. This research explores the perceptions of employees in the tourism sector on Milos Island regarding the pandemic's effects in the post-Covid era and investigates how tourism businesses can enhance their offerings to adapt to the new normal. The study surveyed 120 employees using a structured questionnaire. The findings reveal that tourists continue to exhibit fear and insecurity before traveling, with economic constraints significantly influencing their travel decisions. To improve the tourism product, businesses must prioritize hygiene and safety measures and enhance communication with potential tourists to provide clear information about travel requirements and restrictions. This approach is essential for rebuilding tourist confidence and ensuring sustainable tourism development on Milos Island.
