Abstract:
Abstract This article analyzes the factors influencing the effectiveness of youth organization management in Uzbekistan and identifies those that are prioritized in attracting and orienting employees. The research included 352 employees of various levels working in territorial departments, district and city departments of youth organizations. Based on a questionnaire, the answers of 319 respondents, who gave correct and accurate answers to obtain high-quality data, were considered suitable for the study. The study analyzed the main factors that can influence the activities of a youth organization, namely monthly salary, work schedule, internal environment, opportunities for career growth, relationships with the team, leadership relationships, conditions created for employees in the organization, and freedoms of independent decision-making. The research hypothesis has been formulated and its validity has been verified. The validity of the identified factors was measured using various criteria, and corresponding scientific conclusions and proposals were developed. The main goal of the research is to achieve a continuous and sustainable growth in labor activity by identifying factors that have a high impact on the effectiveness of youth organization employees in Uzbekistan.
