Abstract: Abstract This study examines how digital products and technological innovation influence the financial performance of Halkbank AD Skopje, focusing on key digital services such as e-banking, online credits, deposits, and automated services. With rising customer expectations for fast and secure digital services, Halkbank’s strategy of digitalization has enhanced competitiveness, improved operational efficiency, and contributed to a 13.7% increase in financial outcomes. The research highlights the benefits of digital services, including cost reduction, automation, and improved customer experience, while also identifying lower impacts in areas like digital insurance policies. Additionally, the study emphasizes Halkbank’s continuous investment in cybersecurity and digital innovation to maintain competitiveness in a dynamic financial market, bridging traditional and modern banking services.
