Abstract: Abstract This article analyzes the impact of procedural digitalization on access to justice and the sustainability of the Spanish judicial system, adopting a legal and multidisciplinary approach. It examines the regulatory and technological developments shaping the digital transformation of the public justice service, as well as their implications in terms of efficiency, governance, and respect for fundamental rights. Special attention is given to the risks of digital exclusion faced by vulnerable groups, with a case study focused on women working in the maritime sector. Through an intersectional perspective, the paper highlights the need for an inclusive digital justice system that ensures real equality and effective judicial protection, without compromising the principles of the rule of law.
