Chapter 27 in Transformational Drivers of National Economies: A New Analytical Framework Addressing Transitional Growth Model, 2026, pp 507-514 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The 11th edition of the Conference, ESPERA 2024, had the theme: “Transformational drivers of national economies. Developing policy options and tools tailored to targeted reforms” and was held on 17th–18th October. The participants were encouraged to present papers of scientific research regarding, as much as possible, the recent and current salient topics of international economic and geopolitical environment, drawing out foreseeable medium and short-term developments and questioning related structural reforms, based on an examination of the transformational drivers underlying the evolution of national economies and seeking to identify the most appropriate policy tools and actions, depending on spatial particularities and specific circumstances. The Conference agenda included in the Plenary Session, as guests of honour, scientific personalities from the Romanian Academy and prestigious international and European institutions and on the 15 parallel sessions, 197 papers, with more than 400 authors, from 12 countries.
