Chapter Chapter 11 in Caring and Sharing: The Cultural Heritage Environment as an Agent for Change, 2019, pp 129-137 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Millennials or Generation Y are young people born in the last two decades of the past millennium. They represent the most dynamic generation in history, with a high-purchasing power, which due to the increased technological environment has behaviours, values and attitudes different than previous generations. Given the importance that the younger generation will have in the near future enhancement of heritage objectives should take account of the wishes of this large segment of consumers. This study aims to find solutions to development planning one of the most iconic heritage objectives near the capital of Romania—Palace Mogoşoaia, considering ideas received from representatives of Generation Y.
