A chapter in Proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development, 2026, pp 487-507 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has become a catalyst for transformation in the world of education, particularly in facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the Society 5.0 era. AI offers great potential in supporting bold learning, increasing the efficiency of educational management, and encouraging more objective assessment systems. This research aims to examine how Artificial Intelligence technology is applied in Islamic education management, and how this application can make a real contribution to creating higher-quality, inclusive, and sustainable education. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The research object is a madrasah aliyah (Islamic senior high school) that has integrated AI into various aspects of learning and governance. The results show that AI features such as automatic assessments, assignment reminders, student performance analysis, and suggestions for material improvement can increase the effectiveness of bold learning and support the transparency of teacher performance assessments through a digital system. The role of teachers remains crucial in ensuring the use of AI is aligned with Islamic educational values. The wise and contextual use of AI can strengthen adaptive, inclusive, and sustainable educational governance.
