Abstract: Abstract This study investigates the interrelationships between digital leadership, digital human resource management (DHRM), employee work engagement, and turnover intention within Vietnamese enterprises. Based on the Resource-based view, Dynamic capability, and Social exchange theory, the research develops and empirically tests an integrated model. Data were collected from 397 employees across various organizational levels using a survey, and analyzed with SmartPLS to test the hypotheses. Results confirm that digital leadership significantly enhances DHRM and employee engagement, while DHRM practices exert a negative effect on turnover intention. Moreover, employee work engagement mediates the nexus between DHRM and turnover intention, thereby underscoring its pivotal role in talent retention. This study contributes to the extant literature by clarifying the mechanisms through which Digital leadership and DHRM practices jointly shape employee behavior and organizational outcomes. Furthermore, the findings yield actionable, practical guidance for enterprises seeking to fortify engagement, reduce turnover rates, and build organizational resilience within the digital economy.
