Abstract:
Abstract One of the most well-known Indian fashion designers, Sabyasachi, has recently come under fire for alleged cultural appropriation, or rather theft. His latest collection, Wanderlust, was unveiled in association with the Swedish company H&M. The collection, which included saris, allegedly violated some artisan communities’ Geographical Indications (GIs).
