Abstract:
Abstract Manufacturing enterprises, especially those categorized as Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), play an important role in the economy and society. These enterprises need to constantly innovate to sustain their competitive advantage. However, they are facing threats from internal and external environments. Subsequently, it is crucial to monitor and control their manufacturing processes; to this end, performance measurement plays an important role.
