Abstract: Abstract The acceluction mode calls for an adapted governance for the 2020 digital enterprise. The chapter develops the general principles of governance, especially with regards to the different stakeholders. It specifies the nature of tasks to be achieved, the breakdown of responsibilities as well as the coordination mechanisms. The chapter also details the new role of the digital function within and around enterprises and organizations.
