A chapter in Digital Transformation of the Consulting Industry, 2018, pp 207-241 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The virtualization of consulting services is a promising opportunity to extend and optimize the consulting portfolio. Before these benefits can be realized, traditional consulting processes need to be migrated to the virtual world. A suitable procedure is needed to successfully solve this task. Based on an analysis of existing process models and a survey among consulting experts, a process model for the virtualization of consulting services is proposed.
