Abstract: Abstract Based on the previously derived EDSM, a plethora of different methods and instantiations can be derived, which can help to support decision-making for introducing EIdM. In this chapter, one possible application of the EDSM for building a prototype decision support systems (DSS), based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach, is presented.
