Chapter Chapter 8 in Enterprise Identity Management, 2013, pp 169-177 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This thesis intends to show the relevance of understanding the key areas of EIdM and their interrelations in order to achieve a better understanding of this topical domain. To this regard, the results of this thesis can be used for ex-ante evaluations of EIdM introductions into organisations, supporting (senior) managers in the evaluation and decision process. Based on the researched domain, the resulting EDSM offers an appropriate foundation to derive specific DSS for evaluating investments into EIdM technology.
