Chapter Chapter 6 in Relational Economics, 2020, pp 69-83 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Building on the previous rather theoretical-categorical discussion, the next three chapters will cover the resulting consequences for the management of companies and organisations in general. Understanding the nature of the firm as a relation of stakeholder resources and interests is a consistent expression of a relational understanding of economic processes. All stakeholders of a company invest resources in these organisations and naturally expect a return on their investment. A distinction is made between factor income and cooperation rents, a distinction that is essential for understanding network economies.
