Chapter Chapter 16 in Mastering Technology Transfer: From Invention to Innovation, 2023, pp 193-200 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Best strategy for technology transfer from a research laboratory differs depending on whether it is for a “technology-push” technology looking for an application or to satisfy a “market-pull” problem or demand of a company searching for a solution. In every case, laboratory-proven technologies require further development and techno-economic viability validation before they can be accepted by the adopting entity.
