Abstract:
Abstract This chapter outlines the theoretical foundations on different regional institutions and aims to combine findings from the scientific literature with the specific context of Russia’s regions. Based on these illustrations, a set of hypotheses on the relationship between spatial institutional context factors and entrepreneurial activity in Russia is derived.
