Chapter Chapter 4 in Mathematical Aspects of Network Routing Optimization, 2011, pp 47-55 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we study a class of multicast routing problems that cannot be described by a static definition of a network and a multicast group. In the online version of the multicast routing problems, we assume that members of a multicast group are able to enter or leave the group as desired.
