Chapter Chapter 5 in Pyomo – Optimization Modeling in Python, 2012, pp 57-65 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract A Pyomo model is populated with modeling components that define model data, and with model structures like objectives and constraints. This chapter describes the Pyomo classes for modeling components that supplement the core components described in the previous two chapters. This chapter also includes a description of component indexing, including the specification of dynamic index sets. Finally, this chapter describes utility functions that simplify the formulation of Pyomo models.
