Chapter Chapter 10 in Resilient Controls for Ordering Uncertain Prospects, 2014, pp 205-207 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract All in all, the exposition and analysis of the guiding principles, as of the issues identified in the following premisses: How are uncertainties encoded on each of the crucial state variables? How to find the uncertainty in performance measure for each alternative control decisions? How to choose between two control strategies with different probability distributions on performance measures? are the essence of the monograph. Expression of them in resilient controls are found in such selected chapters. The most fundamental issue facing resilient controls is that of performance uncertainty and sensitivity. This endemic concern for application of decision optimization to the processing and enabling tools of resilient controls for performance risk aversion affects specific issues and this is a recurring theme throughout the monograph.
