Chapter Chapter 2 in Neutral and Indifference Portfolio Pricing, Hedging and Investing, 2012, pp 19-38 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Financial contracts are usually traded in financial markets, which are part of a broader economy. An economy is quite a complicated object to comprehend, even more so to attempt to describe mathematically, and the situation is most complicated if the ambition is not just to describe it but also to be able to provide quantitative answers to many relevant financial and economic questions.
