Action Guide: Completing Your Plan
Deirdre R. Wheatley-Liss
Chapter Chapter 23 in Plan Your Own Estate, 2013, pp 287-292 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Just creating a will or a trust isn’t enough; you need to make sure your assets match your well-thought-out estate plan. This is where most estate plans fail. You thought hard about what you wanted, created a plan to turn your goals into action—but then didn’t make sure your assets fit your plan. Don’t drop the ball after all your hard work.
