Abstract:
Abstract Steve Gass was born in Portland, Oregon. He has an undergraduate degree in physics from Oregon State University, a PhD in physics from the University of California, San Diego, and law degree from the University of California, Berkley. Upon graduation, he became a practicing patent attorney, where he conducted patent prosecution and litigation in a variety of technologies, including medical devices, computer technology, and woodworking equipment.
