Abstract: Abstract Angela Guo is a junior at Rice University in Houston. At the time of the interview, she was a summer intern at ThinkProgress, an award-winning political blog founded in 2005. ThinkProgress is a project of the Center for American Progress Action Fund. Guo is also a research intern at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice and is vice president of Rice’s Pre-Law Society. She previously had internships with the U.S. Department of Justice and with From the Top, a National Public Radio program that showcases young musicians. She is from Johns Creek, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta.
