How to Manage Yourself and Your Staff Better
Jonathan H. Lack
Chapter Chapter 12 in Plan to Turn Your Company Around in 90 Days, 2013, pp 175-187 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter’s objective is to help you put the entire book into context, in a large part, by helping you manage yourself and your staff better. Everything up to this point is relatively doable. If there is still a market need for your products and/or services, it is practically impossible not to make significant performance improvements by implementing as many of the recommendations made in this book as you can. Doing so will affect your company’s cash flow positively, thereby buying you more time to turn your company in the direction you want to lead it.
