Chapter Chapter 3 in IT'S SPLITSVILLE, 2013, pp 27-34 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Once you have decided to get a divorce and you have taken some initial actions to protect yourself, you will want to begin the process of gathering facts and documents. You could hire a private investigator to find information for you or you could wait until you have filed for divorce to ask for information under the court’s rules for discovery. Informal and early discovery will save time and money in the long run.
