Time Management
Scott Cromar
Chapter Chapter 3 in From Techie to Boss, 2013, pp 37-54 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract When you were a team member, you managed your own time. You probably did a pretty good job at it; you were effective enough to be seen as a leader. As a manager or team lead, you suddenly have a whole new set of challenges. Now you no longer manage just your own time; you have to make sure your direct reports’ time is being used effectively as well.
