Mapping Severity Levels to Criticalities
Jamie Watters
Chapter Chapter 29 in Disaster Recovery, Crisis Response, and Business Continuity, 2014, pp 287-288 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract As mentioned in Appendix K, if criticality levels provide a measure of how important something is to the business, severity levels tell us how significant events are. This table shows how the two interact. RTO, you will recall, stands for recovery time objective. Chapter 1 provides more on criticality and severity.
