Chapter Chapter 26 in Corporate Plasticity, 2014, pp 107-108 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract One musician cannot make a symphony, but neither can an orchestra without a conductor. The best musicians in the world cannot create the best symphony without a conductor. And the most musically gifted conductor cannot be effective without the skill of leadership. They are directive and do not fear anyone, even star performers.
