Chapter 4 in Derivatives and Integrals of Multivariable Functions, 2003, pp 105-134 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract It is time to turn our attention to integrals. As is our habit, we will define them by analogy to the single-variable case. Also, we will organize the material as we did with derivatives. In the earlier chapters, we separated the definitions of differentiability and derivatives from discussion of their properties. We will do similarly with integrals, covering integrability in this chapter and properties of integrals in the next.
