Chapter Chapter VII in Plane Waves and Spherical Means, 1981, pp 127-156 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract We consider a set of functions u 1, . . ., u N of the independent variables x = (x 1, . . ., x n ). For simplicity we denote by u i, α the partial derivative of u i with respect to x α . Generally suffixes following a comma denote differentiation with respect to the corresponding x-variable. Moreover the summation convention will be used again.
