Abstract:
Abstract This case explains how an organization engaged in developing software products uses information strategy to manage its resources, customer requirements and support its marketing strategy. The case also illustrates how the information system ensures smooth flow of information among project team members and other stakeholders such as management and customers, which makes the entire development process a transparent one. This case can be taught in the information strategy, system analysis and design course, healthcare certification programmes, postgraduate diploma courses, executive MBA programmes, MCA and MSc (Computer Science) courses. The case can be used to illustrate the following themes:
