Chapter Chapter 8 in Aeroelasticity, 2012, pp 337-347 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract We have examined the problem of feedback control of structures for stability enhancement in Chap. 2. In this chapter we return to this problem for aeroelasticity where the structure is subject to aerodynamic loading. An important point to be noted here is the dependence of stability properties on the speed parameter. Hence the control action will need to depend on the speed as well.
