A chapter in The Mathematics of Paul Erdős II, 2013, pp 245-311 from Springer

Abstract: Preface This paper is a somewhat revised version of an old survey paper of mine [197]. Several minor corrections, new remarks, and a new section of References are added. The later one includes references to some newer survey papers and some newer results. …Yet, this paper does not try to cover the new developments: that would be too much. Wherever I could I tried to keep the original text. Thus, e.g., mostly I ignored that Erdős died 3 years after the original paper had been finished: I kept the “Present Time” even in places where today this may seem strange. Remark [N] 1. Mostly, but not always, the added parts have the form of distinguished remarks, like this one. Further, I have added many references at the end of most sections. As to the references, I have to mention here that the Erdős papers up to 1989 are scanned in and are available at [45] http://www.renyi.hu/~p_erdos
