Chapter Chapter 3 in Computational Techniques for the Summation of Series, 2003, pp 63-71 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract A detailed proof of Bürmann’s Theorem is given in this chapter. For the principle series (2.14), obtained in Chapter 2, it will be shown that the remainder term of the series vanishes for large n, and discuss in detail its radius of convergence.
