A chapter in Clifford Algebras with Numeric and Symbolic Computations, 1996, pp 69-82 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Procedures have been implemented in the symbolic-algebra program MAPLE V for calculations in the Clifford Algebra Cℓ3 of three-dimensional Euclidean space. The MAPLE language is sufficiently flexible to allow the definition of paravectors as the sum of a vector and a scalar, both of which can be complex. Matrix representations are therefore not required for computations, although they can be easily generated. Many problems in relativistic physics are easily handled by the algebra, which includes procedures for paravector differentiation and the evaluation of functions of paravectors, as well as for finding standard factors of elements.
