Abstract: Abstract This lecture discusses the general problem of designing test cases. Not all test cases will feature in a non—computer—based test. Indeed, probably no more than half a dozen will be used. The tester will nevertheless want a lot more than that available, tests being chosen according to the direction the non—computer—based test takes. All tests will be used for computer based testing. It is with the total set of tests this lecture deals.
